LPG can be delivered directly to the user location in bulk using LPG tank trucks. The LPG is then stored on the user's site in storage tanks. This LPG storage can be provided by the LPG supplier. The customers can also choose to build their own storage system. New consumers should take advice from their LPG supplier on required capacity for on-site storage and associated vaporisation equipment, the size of which is determined by your maximum energy demand. Proper design will ensure that the LPG supply system can meet the requirements of the process.

LPG can also be lifted by the customers in their own tank trucks. This is on the basis of a commercial agreement between the supplier and the customer.
